L'BRI Marketing Plan Enhanced to Reward Top Performance

Bank On It Savings Plan 

New L'BRI Supervisors, Managers, and Executive Managers can now earn an extra bonus by being fully qualified each month during the first six months following the promotion. 

 

Supervisors
When you become a L'BRI Supervisor, we will “save in the bank” for you $50 for each month you are fully qualified as a Supervisor for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $100 per month.  We will send you a check for $600.  Your six months starts the first month after you become Supervisor.

 

Managers
When you become a L'BRI Manager, we will “save in the bank” for you $100 for each month you are fully qualified as a Manager for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $200 per month.  We will send you a check for $1,200.  Your six months starts the first month after you become Manager.

 

Executive Manager
When you become a L'BRI Executive Manager, we will “save in the bank” for you $150 for each month you are fully qualified as an Executive Manager for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months, we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $300 a month.  We will send you a check for $1,800.  Your six months starts the first month after you become Executive Manager.

*Fully qualified is having the appropriate number of qualified personally sponsored Consultants and group sales volume in the month for your position.

Promotion Bonus

When a Consultant promotes to the next level in the marketing plan, the immediate upline qualified Supervisor or above will receive a Promotion Bonus.

  • $100 bonus for every Consultant that promotes to Supervisor
  • $250 bonus for every Consultant that promotes to Manager
  • $1,000 bonus for every Consultant that promotes to Executive Manager 

Example: When a Consultant promotes to Supervisor, her upline Supervisor, Manager or Executive Manager will receive a $100 Promotion Bonus. To receive the Promotion Bonus, the upline Supervisor, Manager, or Executive Manager must be fully qualified in the same month that the Consultant promotes.  When a Consultant is in Manager or Executive Manager qualification, the immediate upline Supervisor, Manager, or Executive Manager must be fully qualified each of the three months that the Consultant is qualifying in order to receive the Promotion Bonus.

You must be at the same level (title) or above of the person promoting in order to receive the Promotion Bonus.

   
If the immediate upline Supervisor, Manager, or Executive Manager is not fully qualified, then the Promotion Bonus will go to the next upline fully qualified Supervisor, Manager, or Executive Manager. The same applies to newly promoted Managers and Executive Managers.

Elite Executive Managers and above
will receive a Promotion Bonus for every 1st level Executive Manager that promotes to Elite Executive Manager and above.
  • $2,500 bonus for every 1st level Executive Manager that promotes to Elite Executive Manager
  • $5,000 bonus for every 1st level Elite Executive Manager that promotes to Diamond Executive Manager
  • $10,000 bonus for every 1st level Diamond Executive Manager that promotes to Double Diamond Executive Manager

Higher Bonuses for Elite Executive Managers and Above

  • Earn a 3% Bonus on 2nd level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Earn a 2% Bonus on 3rd level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Earn a 1% Bonus on 4th level Spun off Executive Managers
     

Diamond Executive Managers

  • Earn a 5.5% Bonus on 1st level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Earn a 3.5% Bonus on 2nd level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Earn a 2.5% Bonus on 3rd level Spun off Executive Manager
  • Earn a 1.5% Bonus on 4th level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Earn a 1% Bonus on 5th level Spun off Executive Managers
  • Can earn a FREE luxury Mercedes Benz or BMW automobile (approximately $1,000 a month value)

     
Double Diamond Executive Managers
  • Earn a .5% expense allowance on the total sales volume of all of your spun off Executive Managers, level 1.
  • Can earn a FREE luxury Mercedes Benz or BMW automobile (approximately $1,000 a month value)
